Chip ups are no longer allowed so we have increased the starting stack to 10,000 chips and increased the price by only $20.00 from $50.00 to $70.00 to compensate for the loss of revenue. 

The high hand of a player can be declared at any time during the course of the hand. If all other players have folded to bets from the high hand holder at any time during the hand the holder must declare his high hand and display it to the dealer for confirmation. Once confirmed, the Floor Director is to be advised of the hand and the name of the player holding the high hand. The turn and river cards do not have to be in play.
